Phillip F. Barletta, MAI, SRA has been an independent fee appraiser since 1977. In August 1991, he formed BARLETTA & ASSOCIATES, INC., where he is the acting President and CEO. He has extensive experience in appraising all types of commercial and residential properties for loan valuation, condemnation, estate planning, probate and / or other special purposes.
Phillip F. Barletta has also been qualified as an expert witness in various court matters for real property valuation by numerous attorneys, and he has arbitrated a number of legal issues.
